When you are comfortably sitting on your couch and munching on your favorite junk food that accompanies your ever faithful can of beer, all you wish to have is a peaceful and uninterrupted TV viewing. What if your wish is not granted? The signal gets cut and you can’t fix the problem as they involve the technical part of your connection? What are you going to do? Call the cable guy, right?
After many minutes of waiting, your call comes through. You got connected to a service representative of your cable company.
